A Beaux Arts-style townhouse at 19 East 64th Street in New York is the site of a new home for LGDR coming this spring. Inspired by the 18th-century Hôtel de Wailly in Paris, the building was designed by architect Horace Trumbauer and completed in 1932—a grand but intimate site for truly memorable aesthetic experiences. Designer and architect Bill Katz, alongside HS2 Architecture, will bring this building back to its original condition in time for LGDR to present exhibitions and programs in Spring of 2023. The historic building will be a home for artist initiatives that express the collaborative model that represents the unique vision of LGDR’s partners.
