She is known in the art world for her passion, enthusiasm, and ethics. An esteemed industry figure, Laetitia is respected by artists, curators, collectors, as well as her peers.

She joins the gallery with exceptional art world experience. After completing MA’s at l’Ecole du Louvre and the Sorbonne University, Paris—in Museum Studies and Art History, respectively—she worked from 1998 to 2007 at Christie’s London, first as a Specialist and later as a Director in the Contemporary Art Department. She then moved to Phillips de Pury in New York until 2010, when she returned to London to take up a position as a Director at Blain|Southern. From 2020 to 2022, she was a Senior Director at Hauser & Wirth London, responsible for the launch and operation of their Monaco gallery and exhibition program.

Laetitia is one the founding members of the board of 1-54, the contemporary African art fair which she helped launch in London in 2012 and she sits on the board of Raw Material Company, an art center and residency in Dakar. Alongside this she has curated a number of independent projects and is part of panels and arts juries in Europe and internationally.

Dominique Lévy, founding partner of LGDR states, “Laetitia’s 25 years in the art world has resulted in an exhaustive knowledge of the international art market as well as in-depth expertise in Post-War and Contemporary art. We know she will be a wonderful addition to our team, helping grow and nourish our client base in France.”

Based in Paris, Laetitia will travel extensively through Europe, and will ensure LGDR’s activities and development in France are anchored in our commitment to art, artists, and the visual experience.
